Day 1
Arrive in Marseille by plane or TGV and head to La Cadierere d'Azur. (Transportation not included but available)
A welcome cocktail & dinner await you on arrival.
Accommodation: Hostellerie Berard for 6 nights
 
Day 2
After a full Provencal buffet breakfast, unwind from your trip with a visit to Aroma Spa Berard for an Aromassage with essential oils for an hour as well as the facilities of Thermaespa. Let the different water treatments relax you. In the afternoon, visit the 16th century Bastide Domaine de Souviou to see its century old olive trees and vineyards.
Afterwards enjoy a tasting of local wines (AOC Bandol) and gold medal olive oil.
 
Day 3
This morning you will go to the hotel's Bastide des Saveurs, about 2 miles away, where you will have a cooking class. Pick your herbs and vegetables from the Bastides garden.
Chef Berard will guide you in making traditional Provencal dishes. Lunch following.
 
Day 4
Visit the fish port of Cassis on the Mediterranean and lunch at Chez Nino overlooking the harbor. Enjoy the traditional charm of the village as you drink a glass of local white wine.
A gastronomic dinner waits this evening.
 
Day 5
Your second cooking class awaits today. New dishes and techniques. Lunch following. This afternoon is yours second treatment at the AromaSpa & Thermaespa. 
Day 6
Day trip to Aix-en-Provence. Visit Cezanne’s Studio, Musée Granet or, if you are there on a Tuesday, Thursday, or Saturday, walk through the outdoor Provencal markets. Lunch at Bastide du Cours an 18th Century country house in the heart of the city.
In the afternoon, heading back to Hostellerie Berard, visit the Cathedrale d’Images in Les Baux de Provence to see its unique Van Gogh exhibit.
Tonight a farewell dinner is waiting for you.
 
Day 7
Departure for USA, or extend you stay!
