About "Paule Caillat" Paule Caillat is une vraie cuisinière. Growing up in a family where good food and fine cooking were a priority, Paule also married into a family with a rich culinary heritage and was inspired by an aunt who had studied at the Cordon Bleu in the 1930s. Paule developed her own passion for cooking and entertaining while raising two children and working as a fashion executive for 15 years before deciding to devote her considerable energy and talent to la cuisine. Raised in Paris and college-educated in the United States, Paule's bilingual and bicultural background allow her to give visitors unique insights into French cuisine and culture. She believes "the product is the star" and does not compromise on quality as she seeks out the best ingredients that Paris offers. The French terroir is an endless source of inspiration in her classes. Now an experienced cooking teacher and food consultant, Paule welcomes visitors to her custom-tailored kitchen to share her modern take on traditional french cooking in a fun and informal setting. |
